Burning Bright
Role
Sr. Director of Design, Consumer Enablement
Spearheaded an Employee Experience Pillar, naming it the Burning Bright Series. This work featured workshops, discussions, and advocacy efforts directed towards C-level leaders to address burnout within our team.
Over 35% of people reported burnout, and 66% were under work stress. Additional workshops with Design leadership also showed rising concerns for work stress and burnout.
